Our new shopping tour is the answer. First things first: we are not talking about some huge out-of-town industrial building stocked to the roof with well-known labels and thronged with fatties in tracksuits, hoodies and vulgar jewellery. That’s not us, no sir.

We propose taking you on a tour of select alternative label outlets and boutiques in Barcelona, bringing together penniless consumer and cash flow-starved designer so that the former can still look gorgeous and the latter still eat and enjoy a roof over their head. Let’s face it, we’re almost part of Social Services.

Clothes, accessories, objets, everything you need to remain at the cutting edge of personal style without overspending to the point of risking defaulting on your mortgage payment. The banks already have too many foreclosed properties on their hands as it is.

The Tour is given By Adriana, a clothes designer who will be more then happy to give out styling advice!

WHEN: Possible on Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm, Friday also from 10 am to 2 pm.

MEETING POINT: at the corner of Ronda de Sant Pere and Passeig de Gracia, in front of the entrance of El Corte Ingles (Plaça Catalunya).
