This masia (traditional Catalan farmhouse) forms part of a complex in which the friendly owners also live. However, it is completely independent and has its own large garden, with a table for outdoor dining and swings and a sandpit for the kids to play in.

It offers: Living-dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, wood stove and central heating, bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

* 3 bedrooms with double beds * 1 bedroom with one double bed and 2 single beds * 1 room where two mattresses on the floor -ideal for children * 1 sofa-bed in the living room

The house is ideal for 12 adults, or for up to 15 in the case of families with kids.

Additionally, there is a further bedroom, with two single beds, and a toilet in the owner’s house next door.

RATES

The rates quoted are for the entire house (12-15 people)

Per day: 145 Euro
Per week: 900 Euro (Night of 31 December: 350 Euro)

Additional room (sleeping two) in the owner’s house: 35 Euro per night

There is an extra charge for towels and sheet of 2 euros pp – alternatively, you can also bring them yourselves.

OPTIONAL ORGANISED ACTIVITIES

*Bird watching excursion – two to three hours long. *Organic agriculture. Pep and Gina, the houses owners, run a small organic farming concern and can give tours and background information for those interested.
