We kick off at la Boquería, Barcelona's best, most colourful food market, where you will be given an insight into local produce and where we will buy some of the ingredients we will need to prepare our meal later on. Then we stroll from Barrio Gótico (the old town) to a loft in the town centre which will be the venue for the cooking demonstration. Here we will prepare before your eyes a mouth-watering tapas-based meal with the freshest local ingredients. Don't worry, the recipes will quick and simple to prepare! Last but not least, we can all sit down and devour the result, accompanied by a bottle of local wine. Bon profit! At the end you will also be given the recipes, so you can impress your friends at home with your culinary talents.

WHEN: Every day except Sunday, from 10 to 3

MEETING POINT: on the corner of the Rambla and Calle Carme, just in front of the Betlem church.

PRICE: 150 euro per group up to 4- for every extra person there is a supplement of 10 euro (basic ingredients included) - food at the market is to be paid for separately, can vary between €15-25 in accordance to your pallet and your pocket.
