La Gran Casa

This unique old warehouse (covering a total of 350 square metres over three floors), now tastefully  converted in to a beautiful house with swimming pool and huge terrace in Zona Franca,  boasts stunning views over Montjuic and the cemetery. The owner is a photographer who has put great detail intos its decoration.
It is located outside the very city centre,  10 min away from Plaça Espanya (by bus or cab) in the Zona Franca. What’s more, for those of a more active disposition, bicycles area available for guests. A little bit less central, but definitely worth it! All the advantages of a summer house (it features a huge terrace with swimming pool) with all the fun of the big city. A heaven of peace and beaur¡ty in Barcelona!
 
Ideal from a two families or a groups of friends (who don’t mind sharing bedrooms), beautifully decorated in a contemporary style.


Facilities: 4 bedrooms (with a total of 12 beds), two fully-equipped bathrooms. An additional bed can be installed.

Fully-equipped kitchen, living room, terrace with swimming pool.
Second floor:

TV, air conditioning, heating, fireplace, barbeque on terrace, washing machine, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, 2 baby chairs and 2 cots, bicycles for all guests.

All rates quoted below are for the whole house. Min stay 3 days
Prices:
Price for the house a day: 240 euro from October to May; 330 euro from June to September
Price for the house a week: 1800  from October to May; 2220 from June to September 
A deposit of 500 euro is required
